A new PolyWorks license includes complete 1-year support/maintenance coverage, with an option to renew yearly. The support/maintenance contract gives access to:
New Releases of PolyWorks

The Technical Support Zone is a complete source of information providing PolyWorks users with 24/24 access to:
- A New Releases section, offering the latest versions (official, intermediary, patches) of PolyWorks.
- A Data Exchange section, offering the possibility of downloading various datasets (point clouds) as well as the Beginner's Guides documents. This section also offers the possibility of uploading data to InnovMetric.
- A Macro Zone that enables users of the PolyWorks community to share macro scripts with other users.
- A FAQ section which answers the most frequently-asked questions of new PolyWorks Users.

This document contains a detailed description of all tools found in PolyWorks. The Reference Guide is available in the "Help" item on the main menu of each PolyWorks modules or contextually, by clicking on the question mark "?" located in the title bar of any dialogue box or window.
- PolyWorks Learning Material
This collection of videos enables PolyWorks users to quickly acquire the basics, view the key processes, and learn more on advanced applications. These documents are packaged on the PolyWorks Learning Guide CD that is included in every PolyWorks box. A Web interface allows easy navigation between learning tools such as the Beginner's Guide, the Probing Learning Guide, and the "How To" videos.
